Prohibited Items & Activities
Illegal Substances: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly forbidden within the hotel premises. Violation may lead to immediate removal and legal action.
Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol inside the rooms is not permitted.
Weapons & Contraband: Possession of firearms, sharp objects, or any unlawful items is not allowed.
Guest Conduct
We welcome friendly, respectful, and easygoing guests. Any form of aggressive, loud, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Noise Policy: Please maintain a quiet environment, especially during rest hours. Noisy behavior that disturbs other guests is strictly discouraged.
Cultural Sensitivity: Behavior that offends local values and traditions — including Islamophobia, nudity, racist remarks, or rude comments — will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Unmarried Couples: In accordance with local norms and hotel policy, we do not accommodate unmarried couples. Valid marriage documentation may be requested at check-in.
Room Usage & Cleanliness
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep their rooms clean and tidy throughout their stay.
Appliance Use: All electronic appliances must be turned off after use to ensure safety and energy conservation.
Maintenance: Report any damages or malfunctions immediately to the hotel staff.
Access & Visitors
External Visitors: For the safety and privacy of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms unless authorized by hotel management.
Prior Communication: Guests are requested to contact the host before arrival for check-in coordination.
Identification & Legal Requirements
ID Verification: A valid copy of a National ID (NID) or passport must be provided at the time of check-in. This is required for all guests, in compliance with local regulations.
Travel Information: Guests may also be asked to present a copy of their travel ticket upon arrival.
Drone Usage: Flying drones is strictly prohibited by local law within the hotel vicinity.
Host Identification: The host may provide an official visiting card for verification purposes upon request.
General Information
Guests are encouraged to ask questions or clarify any doubts before or during their stay. We’re happy to assist you at any time.
Failure to comply with the above terms may result in denial of service or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
