Room Cancellation & No-show Policy for FIT
- Any Cancellation must be done 48 Hours prior to Check-in Date. Cancellation later than this lead period will incur a charge of One Room Night per room booked.
- In case of any No-show, One night’s room charge will be applicable.
Let's Know Definition of Group:
Advance payment will has to be made on total estimated bill prior to Check-in of the FIT or Group and the rest must be paid at or before guest’s(s’) Check-out. With prior Credit Approved reservation, payment will have to be made within next two weeks of availing services from the Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort. After two weeks Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort will charge 5% interest on monthly basis on the outstanding bill amount.
Our Room Cancellation & No-show Policy for Group:
- No Cancellation Charge will be applicable if the reservations have been cancelled 10 days prior to Check-in Date.
- 50% of the projected bill amount will be charged as Cancellation Fees if the reservations have been cancelled 9 days prior to Check-in Date.
- In case of any No-show, 100% of the projected bill amount will be charged.
Our Definition of Group:
Five (05) paying rooms or Ten (10) paying guest at a time. Less than this configuration, bookings are not being treated as group booking.
Our On National & International Event or Special Occasion:
On premium dates like Eid Holiday / Durga Puja/ Christmas Holiday / Long Gov’t holiday/ event dates, and Group Booking cancellation policy remain as per particular agreement / non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Our Refund Policy For Incashment:
If the cancellation policy complies, then Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort refunds the amount to the booker’s bank account/Card or via issuing a cheque within 15 working days. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. Above mentioned cancellation policy will be applicable for cancellation charges or refunds.
